Saturday night and the party was over. Nearly everyone had gone home. After we cleaned up the room a bit, Stew, Steve, and Dave sat down for a little "quiet time" of their own.

It was more than 30 years ago when these three guys got together at Indiana University and played together in a traditional Dixieland jazz band Steve called "Vintage Red". That group played numerous gigs in Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois while the guys were in school at I.U. together and went on to play Six Flags Over Georgia in Atlanta, Opryland in Nashville, and even a week in New Orleans.

On those rare occasions when they can get together to play, they try to find some down time to play a few "good ol' good ones".
